I’ve never used anything like this, but once I figured it out, it made putting the fence pieces together pretty quick and easy. I used it to hold sections of cattle panels together, and also to fasten sections of chicken wire together.

I needed to reinforce a couple sections on my chicken yard. I started with using zip ties until my goats decided to show me they could lean on them to break them. I was worried if a goat could just lean and break them then it wasn’t a good solution. That’s when I decided to give this apparatus a try.
It works very simply and from my research, I liked the idea of having multiple rings in the tool versus doing one at a time. Since my wire was smaller it would have at least tripled the time it took to apply them.
