Order Processing: All orders placed with AzFa are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, upon receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time: Shipping time varies depending on the destination and warehouse location. Please note that during high-demand seasons, estimated delivery times may increase. The following are our shipping estimates:

  • Canada, Europe: 5-20 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 5-25 Business days
  • Central & South America: 5-25 Business days
  • Asia: 5-20 Business days
  • Africa: 5-25 Business days

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates for Print-On-Demand Products: The production time for an order depends on factors such as the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, it takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order before it is shipped. Typical shipping times within the USA are 4-10 business days.

Checking Order Status: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your order hasn’t arrived within six days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@azfa.co with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds: We offer satisfaction guarantees, including refunds if the item is not as described or damaged. Refunds are not available for circumstances beyond our control, such as an incorrect address provided by the customer or delays due to natural disasters.

  • Refund Process: If a customer reports a damaged or incorrect product, they must submit photo evidence within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds are issued upon approval.

Requesting Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges: If your customer requests a refund, return, or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@azfa.co, including any required evidence.
  2. After approval, the product must be returned to our warehouse at Azfa LLC 30 N Gould St Ste 28794, Sheridan, WY 82801
  3. The customer must provide a tracking number for the return.
  4. Once the tracking number is provided or the returned product is received, a replacement product will be shipped, or a refund (minus shipping costs) will be credited back to the original payment method.
